Welcome and Hello!

I don't know about everyone else, but the minute someone asks me what my favorite books or movies or songs are, I immediately transform into a being of void who has never engaged with or appreciated a single work of art or media, or in fact heard of one. And god forbid I'm asked what my hobbies or interests are, when in fact I've never in my life had any.

This is a response to those moments: a database of the things I love or care about or have an interest in, neatly organized. It's more of an exercise in self-examination than it is a real reference tool I expect to use, and more of a way to teach myself a little html than a reasonable way to make a list, like a nice spreadsheet.

This has been such a fun journey for me, annd such a lovely way to remember how many things there are in the world that I care about, and if you find yourself in the same boat as me, I can absolutely suggest making your own list, in whatever form that takes for you. You, too, are a regular guy with interests.
